Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click (Add to Basket) on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. * For EU customers (outside of the UK) and RIF guns, when you are given an option to enter your UKARA, leave the field blank and press add to basket *. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you choose to create a customer account with us, your details will be saved and you will never need to fill in the 'details' form again.
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, PLEASE CALL US. 99% of orders are shipped the same day your order is received, so contacting us by email will not enable us to read your message in time to cancel your order before it is dispatched. During peak times, our email backlog can be as much as three days or more before we manage to read it. For the same reason, if you need to contact us urgently for any other reason, please call us and speak to us directly.

Pre-Orders

The EXPECTED date of arrival will be indicated in the top line of the item description along with any ETA update. It is not 100% accurate as delays in the ship dockingoffloadingcustoms clearance and delivery to our warehouse very rarely run like clockwork.

Once you have ordered stock from this pre-order list, you have paid for the goods and they are then reserved for you.

Please do NOT order additional products with a pre-order as (non pre-order) stock levels can fluctuate which can cause problems when the pre-order item finally becomes available.

Should you order additional products with a Pre-Order, then all stock items will be held until the Pre-Order item(s) arrive at our warehouse. Should you wish items to be shipped separately, then additional shipping charges will be levied at the current shipping rates.

 

In the event of a refund being requested, we will NOT refund costs incurred by Airsoft World, either from receipt of the payment or caused by actioning a refund E.g. Paypal Fees, Currency Processing Fees etc.

We accept credit card payment through Stripe which is processed through the highly secure ST Merchant Bank Service Provider. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, JCB and others. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship BUT Stripe will secure the funds from your card until the order is processed or refunded. You may also provide your credit card information via phone.

We also accept payment via Paypal (with some restrictions on what Paypal will allow you to purchase via them). Paypal accept many major credit / debit cards and also allow you to pay directly via your bank account.

Finally, we occaisionally offer Splitpay for interest free installment payments. This allows you to pay for any purchase made (minimum £50 / maximum £600 on a single purchase and with a maximum £600 rolling credit limit for all active purchases) in monthly installments.

Payment queries should be directed to Splitpay in the first instance as you sign up with them to deal with your payments, not Airsoft World. Order cancellation requests (prior to dispatch) and refunds should still be sent through to Airsoft World as normal however.

Airsoft replicas sold to the USA will have the barrel tip/flashider replaced with a Blaze Orange version to comply with USA Customs import regulations. The original will be placed inside the packaging where possible.

 

Privacy & Security

Airsoft World do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the Customer Account address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns, Replacements & Right to Cancel

If for any reason you have to return any products to us, please contact us for authorisation before you do so. This helps us track the transaction and improve our service.

WARRANTY

In the UK, goods sold are subject to a standard 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship or manufacturer defect. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty and certain other high-wear/maintenance items such as gun magazines, gas valves, rubber seals, o-rings, fuses, hop-rubbers, batteries, bulbs or lamps, failed lubrication and maintenance (dirty barrels or internals), will not be covered. Use of batteries highter than 9.9v (LiFe), 9.6V (NiMH), 7.4v (LiPo) or Ultra gas for Japanese/ABS slided pistols or stock 'Green' gas (Propane @115PSI nominal) gases will invalidate your warranty. Disassembly of goods will invalidate your warranty other than to access barrels / hop units or for normal maintenance. Goods returned will be thoroughly checked and a report of the fault will be communicated to the returning party or customer.

Warranty repairs will generally be free of labour or parts charges except for exceptional circumstances.

Airsoft World currently offer a 90 day free uplift / return service for any goods purchased if they are faulty, however shipping will be liable if returned goods are found not to be faulty or have failed due to misuse.

Shipping return costs to or from Airsoft World on warranty repairs will NOT be covered if the goods are returned after 90 days from date of purchase. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Law are not affected.

Airsoft World will not not be held liable for any other return costs incurred e.g. Bus Fares, Parcel Tape etc.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

We offer a 14 day cancellation period for all goods purchased from this website which starts on the first day after receipt of the goods. We will only offer a full refund on goods that are returned to us in new, unused condition and this includes the display packaging that the goods are sold in and all supplied 'extras' (Sample BBs, Slings, Speed Loaders etc). Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty and the return pre-authorised by Airsoft World. Paypal and Stripe (our card payment provider) fees which, if the goods are not faulty, will also not be eligible for refund. Once contacted and your return authorised, we will issue a DPD Local Drop Point return label with your Returns email (where applicable). You will be required to print this off and affix it to the correctly packaged goods for return (Full details are supplied in the RMA email sent).

DO NOT send Gas Magazines, Aerosols, Pyrotechnics or other restricted items via Royal Mail as Airsoft World will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or charges incurred from sending prohibited items this way. In the event of goods being returned as faulty which are subsequently found to be working correctly, we will not refund shipping costs (or any fee charged by the payment provider used). We reserve the right to deduct an amount from any reimbursement (or charge a consumer) if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. Faulty goods can be returned to us after the 30 day period however we reserve the right to offer a repair / replacement or credit instead of a refund.

Custom work carried out by Airsoft World prior to the dispatch of your rifle is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: Custom Painting including Two-Tone services (See Below), Upgrade/Downgrade costs, physical body modifications (See Below), barrel/hop upgrades and other custom work carried out at the customers’ request prior to dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Items that have been Custom Painted or that have had physical Body Modifications are non-refundable and should any item develop a fault during the warranty period, we will offer a repair back to full working order only.
  • Items ordered in specifically at a customers request will also be non-refundable.
  • Pyrotechnic devices are non-refundable as we cannot guarantee that these have been kept in accordance with the Manufacturers recommendations.
  • We are unable to accept returns of perishable / wearable goods unless the packaging is unopened / items are unworn and any seal(s) remain intact (wearable goods only). These goods include: Gas, Lubricants, Ration Packs / Meal Kits, BB's, Socks, Gloves, Camo, Masks etc.
  • We will not offer refunds or replacements on goods that have been damaged through accidental/negligent damage, general misuse, use of the wrong Lubricants (NOT WD40!), use of a battery we have not specified (not the Manufacturer) or use of a more powerful gas than recommended.
  • The use of cheap or low quality BB ammunition also invalidates your warranty. Basically, if your BB's are miss-shaped, you can see injection-moulding marks or are in any way not perfectly spherical (round) and polished with a shine, DO NOT USE THEM. Do not ever re-use a BB that has already been fired, no matter how perfect you think it is.

We have fully trained professional technicians who will analyse the faulty product and the decision they make on the fault will be final. You are entitled to a second opinion from an independent authorised technician, however we reserve the right to refuse the opinion of a third party who we believe is neither qualified or experienced enough to give a professional and true analysis of the faulty product. Airsoft World will offer no reimbursement for fees charged by independent parties for any assessment carried out at your request. Modifications done to items that take them outside the manufacturers specifications will also invalidate your warranty.

FREE Shipping (if applicable): Free shipping is still paid for by Airsoft World to the nominated carrier. Items returned for a refund where there is no fault/reason and within the first 30 days will be liable to have any the shipping costs incurred by Airsoft World deducted from the refund total at the current rate (£6.99 as of 07/11/2022).

RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) Fee

If you are not available at point of delivery as detailed under 'Shipping & Delivery' below, any associated courier fees we have been charged will be deducted from any refund due.

Shipping & Delivery

The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. PLEASE CHECK that you have provided us with the correct address as any additional charged levied by the shippers to correct an incorrect address will be passed on to the customer. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email. For example; we cannot send a £200 rifle by First Class post as it is too long, usually too heavy and is not insured. We can only send pyrotechnics (smokes, thunder-flashes, etc.) by specialist insured courier.
Free Shipping (if applicable) is only available for customers whose order value meets the current criteria (I.e. Orders over £150GBP) and certain items may be excluded from this offer E.g. Pyrotechnics. It is exclusive to Mainland UK only and to customer who retain their goods for at least 31 days after purchase.

Please Note: For overnight delivery within the UK, orders must be received by 2pm (14:00) GMT. Depending on how busy we are with orders, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery so please order well in advance of the date you absolutely need the order. We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. For stock items this will normally be the day we receive your order. If an item is out of stock, we will email you and tell you when we expect to ship your order to you. During busy periods, orders can take two to three days to be dispatched from our warehouse.
  • 'Next Day' delivery should be the next WORKING day (Mon-Fri) after we send your order, it DOES NOT necessarily mean that you will receive your order the day after you order it. This does not include issues outwith Courier control: Breakdowns and Severe Weather for example. If you select a custom service (Two-Tone, Upgrade/Downgrade) then 'Next Day' should be next WORKING day after dispatch.
  • Delivery time can be anywhere between 7am and 6pm, so please don't call us at 9.30am asking where your order is. Weekend courier deliveries are charged at a premium rate and must be requested at checkout. We do not own or operate the couriers so please be patient.
  • Please note that a failed Saturday delivery service can only be refunded down to 'Next Day' costs once delivery is confirmed by the courier. Late delivery on 'Next Day' delivery services are not refundable lower than the cheapest option offered by the courier under any circumstances.
  • Current Courier Uplifts are:

    • Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 
RETURN TO SENDER (RTS)

If you are not available at point of delivery, our nominated carriers normally put a card through your door and/or email/text you to advise (this is logged in the tracking). Certain carriers may attempt a 2nd or 3rd delivery as well or alternatively, deliver your package to one of their nominated collection points. Should you fail to collect your package within a set time, it will be returned to us and we will be charged a Return to Sender (RTS) fee. On receipt, your order status will change to 'Returned' and we will contact you to advise of this plus the associated costs to have this re-dispatched. Alternatively, should at that point you decide on a refund instead, all associated courier fees we have been charged will be deducted from any refund due inclusive of any fees we have been charged under our 'Free Shipping' offer. 

IMPORTANT!
All rifles, pistols and magazines are tested before dispatch in front of our packing room cameras to ensure they operate as expected / hold gas. This means we may open sealed packaging prior to shipping and does not mean you are being sent a pre-owned item!
All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. ONLY sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "unchecked". If a customer fails to follow these instructions and a package is signed for as received in good condition, we may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation.
In the unlikely event that the courier damages or loses part or all of your order, we must be advised within 3 working days starting the day of receipt/expected delivery, preferably via telephone. After 7 working days, we may be unable to make any claim against our couriers and we will be unable to progress your claim any further.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Other than the Stripe and Paypal payment gateways stated above, we also accept the following methods of payment:
  • Orders will be placed in GBP. Final exchanges rates may differ, final rates will be your banks rate. Your bank may charge a processing fee.
  • Cash in £GBP, $USD and Euros, sent by recorded 'signed for' delivery .
  • Cheques drawn from UK banks in Sterling only . Made payable to 'Airsoft World' please.
  • International Money Orders and Bank Drafts made payable to 'Airsoft World'..
  • Direct bank transfer (wired funds). Please contact us for account details.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Simple!. Just login to your account and use the edit function to update your account details. For example; you may move to another address or wish to add another seperate delivery address.
