A nice replica of the famous noise-reducing headset which these days is a must for any kind of Spec. Ops loadout. Powered by two AAA batteries (not supplied) they automatically attenuate any loud noises, flash bangs for instance. You can increase the sensitivity of the built-in mics to give you bat-like hearing without affecting the level of protection.
The IPSC version lacks the built in microphone of the alternative and so is not really suited to use with a comms set-up. They are however ideal if you regularly play in an area where flashbangs are used and you want to protect your hearing without being able to hear properly at all other times.
