Desert version of the Kimber 1911a1. Tan grips with a distinctive texture and a standard 20mm rail beneath the slide. Just how tactical can you get?!

The great thing about WE gas pistols is - they work. You add gas and BBs and you shoot people. If you miss, it's probably your fault because in our experience these guns seldom go wrong.

First ,good service from AW!
Chunky pistol with rail if you fancy a laser/light. However due to the cold I had to warm up the mag in my hand or pocket but once done she shoots lovely. Hop on mine is more or less ok so did not have to take off slide to do so. Might get more mags as she really is a beauty.

I purchased the Kimber after a long and hard look on which 1911 model to buy.
I was taken towards the Kimber because it's differant to what you may usually see on airsoft sites, the tan colour really stands out, also the small touches like the .45ACP stamped on the barrel, it all helps.
It came in a black WE box complete with instructions, take down of the pistol is nearly identical to a real 1911, so maintaining the pistol is straight forward and simple.
Shooting the Kimber for the first time was great, a decent amount of kick from the green gas, no miss fires, or any feeding problems, overall I'm well impressed with my purchase, i love the tan colour, the kimber 1911 model is a really nice model to own, and above all it's differant.
