Although it still requires a little force to work the action, compared to say a Tanaka gas rifle, the bolt throw is only about an inch and a half - enough to cock the striker. Performance on Ultra gas is circa 440 fps, expect much more in warmer weather! The cute thing here is that, apart from the bolt all the original parts of the spring Warrior will be imediately familiar, and even better is the fact that it should take existing Warrior magazines!

Price:£175.00

The stock folds sideways to ease transportation, and is fully adjustable for cheek-weld.

A very quick history lesson... "In mid-1980s Swedish armed forces began their own quest for the new sniper rifle, which could survive cold and harsh nordic environments. The AI again become the winner in this race with improved L96 design, named "Arctic Warfare". In 1988 Swedish forces adopted AW rifle in 7.62mm NATO chambering under the designation of PSG 90. British Army, in its turn, also adopted this improved design under the designation of L96A1, as well as many other militaries and Law Enforcement agencies around the world. In 1998, the Bundeswehr (Germany Army) also adopted the AW Super Magnum rifle chambered in .300 Winchester magnum (German caliber designation is 7.62x67mm) as Scharfschutzengewehre (sniper rifle - german) G22. " (Courtesy of www.world.guns.ru) This rifle was also adopted by the Royal Marines who have responsibility for artic warfare within the British Army, and was in part responsible for their adopting the much larger 338 Lapua chambering several years before the rest of British forces realised the benefits of this hard-hitting round.
Price:£274.99

On another hand they are fire-breathing Rate of Fire MONSTERS! KWA describe these guns as LiPo ready, and indeed they are, although they do work exceptionally well with NiMh batteries as well. The KWA gearbox is about the most reinforced example we have ever seen, and that includes the Modify Torus box! Masses of extra metal at the front to stand up to the pounding they clearly expect to receive and large 8mm bearings to keep things running smoothly. We would also like to say that they are about the most efficient version 2 gearboxes we've seen, but that wouldn't really do it. They are outrageously efficient! We had to cut down an M80 spring to get the velocity down to 328 fps - an 80 shouldn't even have reached 300!! Spooky! Sadly, they failed to deliver before their closure by the authorities in Sept '09. Now. the best value PPsh on the market is from these guys - Hexagon Productions, made in China and assembled in Hong Kong. This WW2 iconic Russian machine pistol has a full working bolt (not blowback) and is made using the same methods as the real gun. ●Real Steel features and manufacturing process. ●Pressed BLUED! steel and real wood. ●Authentic field-strip. ●V7 M14 gearbox with metal bushings. ●Hop-up and inner barrel from JG G36C which can be removed in seconds for cleaning or maintenance. ●High torque motor. ●Adjustable Hop-up. ●600rd Blued steel manual-wind drum magazine. ●330-350FPS. ●8.4v Mini battery or Lipo 105x35x15mm. An MP40 stick-mag adaptor will soon be available and shortly afterwards, bespoke PPsh stick mags. Here's a rather amusing yet informative video review:

When Frenchie was a newbie (1879 - Spud-gun era) and the internet was still steam driven, he had one of these rifles, bought second hand. They weren't terribly well regarded and they didn't shoot brilliantly but we had hours of fun using it. Many years later, the Super 9 is still going! Not only is it still going, but it is better than ever! Power is now up to 400 fps with 0.2g BBs and there is an adjustable hop unit, which although a bit unique, works very well and is easy to use. It still comes with the rotary magazine and the fake shells, also the odd stick magazine for skirmishing. Reality check time however. This is the cheapest bolt action rifle we have ever offered and as such, you shouldn't think that it is some super-duper custom rifle. Strangely it shoots best with 0.2g BBs being very consistent in it's shot placement although it will handle up to 0.3s. The shell loading system is purely for fun otherwise you'll spend your entire life looking for used shells! There is no obvious upgrade path for the Super 9 although are able to source spares direct from the manufacturer. So, if you want something that is fun, shoots quite well and won't break the bank - this is most definitely for you. If you want to shoot the proverbials off a gnat at 1,000 yards, join the Armed Forces!

Price:£74.95
