Product Description
100% biodegradable, made from recycled cardboard and contains dried peas instead of BB's. The 'tennis-ball' shape is made from aerial shell cases used in professional firework displays and WILL NOT break or crush in your pocket under normal conditions. Honestly, these are extremely tough and the bang and spread of 'shrapnel' is devastating! The spherical shape allows for a truly omni-directional shrapnel zone :D

tiny bit dissapointed
Review by LeonPrice Value Quality out of the 10 i brought i had 4 that were duds, fuse lit fine but when they were supposed to go off, there was just a fizz and then nothing, think i must have had a bad batch as all other reviews suggest that these are normally good, just a little annoyed that I payed £2.24 per grenade, not including postage, to have some that just had fizz and no bang.

Do the job
Review by DavidPrice Value Quality What can you say, you throw them away and they go bang. Would say that I have had 1 already not want to light in the conventional way in only 5 or 6 of them so hope that is not a sign of things to come.
Good solid light from all the other and easy to throw. Load enough bang to know they have gone off.
Just up to the bullet proof muppets at the place you throw them to take the hits.

boom
Review by TonyPrice Value Quality Grenades are decent, much better than the old enola gaye ones that were made of cardboard.
Out of the 10 i got one failed to go off, had to safely take it away and do a controlled demo but no biggie.
I used some alcohol gel to create a stable fuse as the original one had burnt out. Only problem is the flame was more or less invisible so i wasnt sure it was lit. Thankfully it went off when i went to get some old newspapers.
Good value, great weight for throwing and they're really strong.

Not bad
Review by ProphetPrice Value Quality A decent alternative to the MKV bangs. These are certainly more ergonomic when it comes to throwing. They have a heavier shell than the MKV meaning you can throw them further. As they are a ball-shape they drop through foliage better too. The 'bang' is just as good as a MKV and of course you have the benefit of the 'shapnel' too (dried peas) . They even go off underwater as i found out last week.
As with all pyro the only negative is the price. At £2+ a throw they can be expensive. Also the only courier option then adds another £10 onto the price. Not a problem for group buys but not really financially viable if you just want a couple for yourself.

Good
Review by GaryQuality Price Value TLSFX Pyro, unlike other manufacturers I've experienced can offer Pyro that actually works, and its very rare to find one that doesnt. On that odd occasion you see one that refuses to light its usually due to someone being over zealous whilst lighting it and buggering up the end of it.
The Tennis ball grenade has to be the best of the throw away bangs, purely because its the easiest one to get where you want it to go, unlike the thunderflashes that unless are lobbed through a door or window thats fairly close, usually bounce off of something and come hurtling back, but that could just be because I throw like a girl.
The 10 pack offered by AW is one of the cheapest options available, and backed up by their fast service makes it well worth the purchase.
