These have been causing waves on the other side of the Atlantic, and now they're here! How would we describe these? Hmm... On one level they are just well made full metal TM clones as KWA has stuck pretty closely to Marui's tried and tested designs. On another hand they are fire-breathing Rate of Fire MONSTERS! KWA describe these guns as LiPo ready, and indeed they are, although they do work exceptionally well with NiMh batteries as well. The KWA gearbox is about the most reinforced example we have ever seen, and that includes the Modify Torus box! Masses of extra metal at the front to stand up to the pounding they clearly expect to receive and large 8mm bearings to keep things running smoothly. We would also like to say that they are about the most efficient version 2 gearboxes we've seen, but that wouldn't really do it. They are outrageously efficient! We had to cut down an M80 spring to get the velocity down to 328 fps - an 80 shouldn't even have reached 300!! Spooky!

First impressions KWA M4 S-System
Review by BigAntPrice Value Quality Firstly, delivery was quick- 1 day from ordering, box slightly damaged but the innards were untouched!
Packaging is basic- but holds the gun well in place.
Inside you'll find the gun (obviously), a cleaning rod, magazine, sight adjustment tool, sling attachment.
I felt it should of had some instructions but you can download those on-line from KWA.
The sling attachment is pap, it broke whilst I was trying to screw it in- the metal is thin and weak looking so I'm not surprised, your better off getting a better quality replacement one from G&P, King Arms or the like.
The weapon itself is solid looking/ feeling and looks like it could take a bash or two. The only areas that do look like they could fail are the fore grip ( two screws and a hinge hold the lower part in place to allow you access to the battery compartment), a bash on an attachment slung underneath it could cause it to become damage but we'll see. The butt stock is a bit wobbly and cheap feeling, it also has a sling attachment of the same quality as the one that broke! To be honest it'll do the job but your better off getting a Magpul replacement stock.
Apart from those two thing it's a big thumbs up (worth the money), I'm well chuffed, plus with some Gucci accessories it will (does, i;ve already bought them) look awesome!
Rate of fire with 11.1v Li Pol is awesome, it's a BB consumer of epic proportions!!!!
