We've no sooner launched the TM version of this AEP than Bingo! the Chinese clone, and very nice it is too!
I have always found that the chequering moulded onto USPs can be a tad sharp making them less than comfortable. No such problems here, the frame is nicely moulded in ABS with sufficient grip without acupuncture being performed every time you draw the pistol...
Although it doesn't reciprocate, the metal slide adds real heft and prescence making this a fair bit heavier than the Glock 18c.
It also features an extended threaded outer barrel with a 14mm thread - so you can fit a working silencer should you wish. Niiiiiice!
Batteries are identical to TM / CYMA, however the magazine is a unique design which appears to closely resemble the Glock item, but the two aren't interchangeable. Spare mags will be available shortly though.
Comes with a 240v charger, a (mock) silencer and a 500 mah NiMH battery and the inevitable speedloader.
The weight, the feel, the sheer excitement!
Chrono's at 210 fps and it's range should be similar to the CYMA Glock 18C
Please note - using the supplied charger you should charge the battery for NO MORE than two and a half hours, less if it is not completely flat. Be aware that the supplied charger may be either a 2 pin or a three pin charger, depending upon the mood of the factory! If two pin, you will require a shaving adapter.
