It seems I made my review too soon on this.
On first getting the gun it was fine and only jammed a few times.
I shot about 3 magazines on the first day.
nothing the day after
3 magazines the day after that. It was on this day that problems became apparent.
The gun was misfiring and jamming a lot. Sometimes it would misfire and the BB would be floating around in the chamber. Most times it would misfire and a BB would roll out of the end of the barrel.

I dont know if the one I got is just faulty or if problems of this kind are part and parcel of airsoft but for me its not acceptable for quality to be this low in a gun this price.

Besides this unfortunate problem the gun was fun to use for the small amount I got to use it.

I bought this gun for shooting with my kids and also for shooting in smaller gardens where a pellet gun would be overkill or too dangerous and I am pretty impressed with it.

While airsoft guns cant compete with pellet guns for accuracy I was very surprised by how accurate this gun really is at the range I was shooting from (roughly 45 feet). I was shooting at a cardboard cinema cutout of the Terminator for laughs and my shots were probably 95% on target, however some shots although carefully aimed flew off and hit about 9inches away from the intended mark but this happens very infrequently.

Although the frame is made of ABS the metal slide and magazine make it a very sturdy and IMO perfectly weighted pistol, its not so heavy that you cant practise quick draws with accuracy and its not too light that it feels like a toy (even though technically it is a toy).

I had heard that the slide will rattle side to side if you shake the gun and while this is true its only very slight and honestly, who is going around shaking their gun instead of shooting it ?.... strange.

The magazine is very sturdy and has a nice weight to it which really helps with balance when holding the gun. It is very easy to load up since you can see the BBs through a slit in the side which also makes it easy to check your ammo count after a jam or just to make sure all BBs were fire before reloading.

I use green gas purchased from this site and I have found that I can get 3 full magazines (22 shots per mag) out of one fill of gas usually.

The hop up works well and seems to adjust the flight path of the BB effectively. This along with the adjustable tactical sites means you can fine tune your gun to suit you and get the best accuracy possible.

All switches and safety features work perfectly. The safety lever itself is great because it also decocks the hammer if you push it downward past the fire setting which is such a usefull thing, i cant believe all pistols dont include this feature in this way.

Field stripping is very easy which makes cleaning kinda fun and also simple to perform even for those new to airsoft BB guns like myself. ( in unsure on exactly how to do it then there are many youtube tutorials)

Overall build quality seems very good me, but it does jam occasionaly but then again all air weapons do from time to time. If I had to estimate a ratio of jammed shots I would estimate that I have had somewhere in the region of 3 jams per hundred shots fired.

There is NO manual with this gun which is silly since the side of the box says to consult your manual.
I have however found a way around this. If you go to http://kwausa.com/files/1413/1802/2109/MMD02_USPs_V02.pdf you will find a PDF from the KWA website which is the manual for all the USP models. Just scroll down to the parts about the USP Compact Tactical (which is what the kw8c is minus the H&K marks).

tl;dr
Great gun, good weight, very few jams. sturdy construction. No manual in box but available on kwa website as .pdf, easy to strip/maintain.
I also reccoment 0.25g BBs for better accuracy.

got this for chrismas brillant gun no problems with it yet only i would love to get another mag for it only that it is out of stock on airsoft world it is cheapest on this site so i mit just wait till it comes back in stock

i got this gun about 6 weeks ago.frist i will sart with the bad things
1. the frist bad thing is when you get the gun it comes (hee hee) with no manul so its hard to clean it and stuff like that.
2.the guns a bit stiff and some times the slid locks and lots of gas blows out.
3.i dont no if this is just my gun but when theres about 5 bbs left in the mag it jus stops shooting.
now the good things.
1. shoots with a nice kick
2.the hop up means you can make the bbs fly
3.the mag holds 26 bbs (i tested and my one held 26)
4.its got this thing were if you dont like the lipe at the bottom you can swich it so its flat
5.it also has a de cock were you push it down and it de cocks it (its were the safty swich is)

I am new to the world of airsoft and this couldn't be a better all round gun for me! Easy to use but POWERFUL. At least a lot more powerful than I was expecting. Very accurate (I was hitting a 2cm pole at a distance of 15 feet, some shots missed but all were within about a 12inch radius at least). Also very easy to hit a target at at least 30ft. VERY PLEASED.

A great gun for anyone who dosnt own a licence. I recoment it to any one. It is very easy to field strip and the decocking system is realy good.

first off, great looking hand gun, open the box and wow. When removing the gun from the box I was pleasantly surprised by how well weighted it was. It sat nicely in the hand and wasn't top/front heavy.
The metal slide is nice, and feels great when firing. the only down side is the outer barrel isn't metal too, so very quickly has marks on it from the slide moving against the chamber opening.
The hand grip, if held too tightly, feels like its going to give you acupuncture, but otherwise sits in the hand comfortably. easy solution, wear gloves! plenty of space in the trigger guard to fit a finger with glove.
I love the De-cocking leaver, very useful. Also on the one i got the safety works perfectly so there must just be the odd few that have a fault.
All in all, a good shooting, nice and compact, well weighted side arm. I would fully recommend to someone wanting a cheap, but reliable sidearm. Loving the next day delivery too! cheers AW!

My summary for this review pretty much sums it up- this gun is great. it's a litle on the expensive side, so i gave it 3* for price, but the quality you get for your money is outstanding. this is my first gbb pistol, so i can't compare it to any others, but i get the impression that i would be hard pressed to find another usp compact clone that's better. I'm a rookie so it took me a while to figure out how to fill the mag with gas, (it's not as easy as it looks). disassembly and reassembly couldn't be easier, and the shooting is really fun. personally i don't like the location of the mag release, but that's just me complaining about the small things. there is somewhere to attach a lanyard, which is hard to see on the picture. overall, if you have the cash, get one!!!!

Now it may be lacking in size but it makes up for it in looks. Even in blue this is a stunning gun. Field stripping is super easy. It's also pre built with a longer barrel for a silencer. The firing of this gun is realy realy fun, and you'll run out of bb'z way before gas even in snow! (my first test firing was in snow :L ). Its very load with a very sharp and powerfull blowback. The mag release is new (pre colt owner) but it does feel nice and sturdy. Ive only found obe problem with it, it's safty... Doesnt work... Set it to safe, pull trigger and boom! A little worring but over all this is an amazing pistol, and a huge amount of fun. Buy at least one!
