Poor
Review by MarkQuality Price Value The stock doesn't fit the TM M14 well. The TM M14 only has a tab at the barrell end and not a complete surround. This means the recess that is meant to fit into the surround looks ugly and has to be covered up. I've only used it three or four time and the stock has smashed where it fits around the motor. The wood at that point is so thin that you can actually fell compress when you squeeze it. Considering this the main stress point on the rifle it's hardly surprising that it has broken.

a bit light
Review by Republic of KirkupQuality Price Value I bought the american oak in order to finish it myself, considering it is oak which is a heavy wood it is surprisingly light. I am considering drilling out holes andw adding brass weights to balance the gun a bit better

M14 wood stock, not great quality or quality control
Review by schafferPrice Value Quality Bought this for my Cyma M14, it fits but thats about the best you can say for it. It was touch and go whether to send this back. The wood is low quality and poorly finished, its very thin in places and the colour is awful ( mahogany version). I stripped off the stain and the stock had been filled in places. You'd probably be better off buying the Cyma wood stock version and refinishing that.

Review by JOSHPrice Value Quality hi there brought this wood for my TM m14,i chose the mahogany type. When i got it with Very fast delievary service i was surprised how orange the stock looked not to mention how glossy to,lucky enough my grandad is a ex carpenter by trade so i used his workshop to strip back the orignal colour of the wood and re-staned to the colour i wanted(a nice dark brown colour) then i linseed oiled it to give it a good appearance,Im so happy with the results my m14 looks super real!! Another slight problam was that once fitted to the rifle itself i would go to fire it and it would cease firing which was odd. To my knowledge where the trigger is loacated the wood around it was not letting the whole thing function properly,so i had to shave ever so slightly inside the stock to make the tigger work if that makes and sence? Over all im very happy with the stock but really dose need tweaking if you want it to look right which i highly recommend.
