extremely good rifle
Review by okoshimaQuality Price Value after what seems like an eternity of waiting the parcel force van pulled up and greeted me with a large parcel. upon opening my words were oh baby... it is one beast of a rifle. solid and sturdy with no creaks, and feels good against the shoulder and cheek.
i will say it needs work out the box to get the full potential but that is usual with a clone, the barrel spacers need to be spaced correctly and taped into place (not a big job plenty of how t-s about) and the barrel needs a good clean. after that i put her together and was shocked upon my first shot, incredibly smooth and accurate.
zeroed in the scope and i can tell you that this as stock is a good rifle, astonishingly good for the price. the scope altho not illuminated (and in my opinion the mounts are a little high) is exceptional for a cheap extra, the mags feed perfectly and the rifle although heavy is comfortable.
the bi pod is a little wobbly but solid. and the spring loaded legs make extension no problem at all. the rifle does seem to be a lot more powerful then stated but that isn't a bad thing (around 460 on the poor mans chrono with 0.2) not had a chance to chrono it yet, I also discovered there a small pin you can press down in the front of the trigger guard to remove the bolt assembly without having to strip the rifle.
a few niggles with mine but im sure its fixable the 2 indicators (empty mag and cocked) do not work but i have seen how to's on fixing them. and i have a little wobble on the bolt handle but i'm sure that's fixable with a little e tape.
in total a excellent rifle and for a china clone it is beyond amazing i would happily recommend this to anyone who is willing to put in a tiny amount of work (and even a person who has never opened up a weapon before could do it) to get its full potential.
