1.superb build wood and steel gives it a very solid weight
2. haven't tested the fps but i did hear a few people yelp yesterday which is always a good sign.
3.would say its a bit over priced for what it is but the smile u get for killing someone is well worth the extra penny's

Bought this gun for a Christmas present for my son, well I couldn't have picked anything better he was over the moon with, he hasn't put it down he reckons it's the best gun ever!

What can i say about this....well! It could have been a best seller if only they made better shells....The shotgun itself is a classic, well made and very simple no gimmick heavy piece of weaponry. After I christened it "Matilda" for its sexy over powering looks, I burn etched her name on the grip and then sanded the colour to make it worn down and add a more realistic intimidating look. I then started to try to solve the problems with the shells, I modify the shell with a grub screw, a bit of filing, drilling, super glue and precision by giving it it a twist lock system to keep it together all the time, change the o-rings to a better snug fit. Now my eight 6mm shells fires with more consistency....If you can't do what I did! do not buy it! unless you just want to have it as a collection!

Good finish and heavy weight.
Best shotgun in use very realistic. Good power for 8mm bb's .
Fires like the real thing : nice coukld of smoke.

Using this in a skirmish is awesomely hilarious, but it is really quite intimidating, the cloud of white smoke that shoots out of your barrel exceeds a meter. I seriously doubt that it managed 1440 fps like someone claimed though, that would easily be lethal, unless he devided 1440 by 5 which makes 288 fps... which is probably closer, pretty sure that's not how fps works.

With just one BB in one shell, focusing all the power into one BB, it gave me 311 fps, which is quite powerful and would hurt quite a bit at close range, because unlike normal aegs or gbbs, this is shooting a 0.35g BB at 311 fps, which is around 1.6 joules. Obviously if you load all 5 into it, power will reduce, but can't tell you how much as measuring that is difficult.

Most metal parts are aluminium and the wood is wood, it also has two 8mm inner barrel which gives the BBs much more range and tighter group over range, this is surprisingly skirmishable, and getting one kill with this is probably more satisfying than getting 3 with a standard aeg.

One side note though: after the break barrel action, when you try to pull the shells are, occasionally you end up just removing the brass bit but not the whole shell, with the part that holds the BB stuck inside the barrel, it's a bitch to get out if you had gloves on, otherwise it's not biggy, I guess that's why they sell spare o-rings here as they are what hold them together.

I just bought this wepon yesterday, and it came from scottland to london, in one night! great shipping speed, the wepon itself is not cheap plastic crap, it is a very hight quality wepon, all wood and metal, weighs about 3 pounds, if that?, but it has a very nice smooth action in many ways, the fireing, the ejection of the bullets, and the break barrel action! i am very happy with my order, if you are thinking about buying this wepon, I highley recomend it!

This shotgun is excellent, well built and balanced can be used as a booby trap positioned in a way where the triggers are activated by fishing line by an opponent, or as an excellent cqb/defensive weapon. I am over the moon with my purchase.

Excellent, service and weapon, can see this being a very good weapon to leave in defence, with fishing wire stretched out to snag and pull triggers!! On the build and feel of this weapon it is very sturdy and will take the knocks associated with our sport, highly recommend this item if a change is needed and devastating in cqb or defence.

If your looking for a reliable sidearm then this should be on your wish list IMO.
It's very durable and can take the hard knocks that your equipment WILL go through in your average skirmish. The wood parts are made of real wood and not plastic, which means you can sand it back and dye the wood darker if you should choose to do so. It has independant triggers for each barrel, so you can fire the left and then the right barrel or both at the same time to get maximum spread of BB's making it extremely effective at close range, even if they are behind partial cover.
The down side of this is it's lack of accuracy, having only two shots, long reloading times and you'll more than likely have to make your own holster for this. However, I still recommend this shotgun for any hardcore CQB or woodland skirmisher, though personally I'd think twice about giving this to anyone new to airsoft.
With that said, I love my double barrel shotgun and love using it, cause you do have the intimidation factor when up close and personal.

I first see one of these on a video on Youtube an thought I must have one. Then I was flicking through the internet and see one on this web site. As soon as I see it I ordered one. As soon as it arrived I went airsofting that weekend (it came saturday I went sunday) got to the site (AWA Herts) and it got everyones attention for two reasons one noone had ever seen one and two when It got chronoed. On a cold day with propane and Marushin .48 8mm bbs each barrel came out at 1440fps! needless to say people stayed out of my way on that day. Overall very happy with my purchase and I may have to order another one at some point and go akimbo!
