| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment through PROTX which is processed through the highly secure Sage Merchant Bank Service Provider. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, Amex and others. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship BUT PROTX will secure the funds from your card until the order is processed or refunded. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We accept Paypal however we levy a 5% surcharge to offset the charges Paypal impose. | Shipping And Handling The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your prefered method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email. For example; we cannot send a £200 rifle by First Class post as it is too long, usually too heavy and is not insured. We can only send pyrotechnics (smokes, thunderflashes, etc.) by specialist insured courier. Please note - for overnight delivery within the UK, orders must be received by 2pm (14:00). Depending on how busy we are with orders, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery so please order well in advance of the date you absolutely need the order. IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. ONLY sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "unchecked". | Delivery Schedule Please order your goods in plenty time before you actually need them as delays often cause frustration and impatience which sometimes ends up being directed towards us. We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. For stock items this will normally be the day we receive your order. If an item is out of stock, we will email you and tell you when we expect to ship your order to you. During busy periods, orders can take two to three days to be dispatched from our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: 'Next Day' delivery is the next working day after we send your order, it DOES NOT necessarily mean that you will receive your order the day after you order it. Delivery time can be anywhere between 7am and 6pm, so please don't call us at 9.30am asking where your order is. Weekend courier deliveries are charged at a premium rate (Saturday only) and must be requested. We no longer offer any Royal Mail service due to strikes, increasing prices and the time it takes us to pack and stamp a packege to their stringent specifications. We don't own or operate the couriers so please be patient. |

| Returns Policy If for any reason you have to return any products to us, please contact us for authorisation before you do so. This helps us track the transaction and improve our service. We will only offer a refund on goods that are returned to us in the same condition within 30 days of purchase (unless faulty) this includes the display packaging that the goods are sold in. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. In the event of goods being returned as faulty which are subsequently found to be working properly, we will not refund shipping costs. Faulty goods can be returned to us after the 30 day period but we reserve the right to offer a replacement or credit instead of a refund.
